An Israeli artist, writer, activist and cultural producer, engaged with linking art, culture and grassroots politics. Born in New York City, grew up in Jerusalem and based in Tel Aviv. Co-founder and editor of Erev-Rav the leading online art and culture magazine in Hebrew.  Founded and edited numerous art and social political magazines and journals such as  “Maarav” (www.maarav.org.il)  which he created for six years. A graduate of the MFA program for Public Art and New Artistic Strategies’ at Bauhaus university in Weimar, Germany, and currently artist in resident at the Minerva Humanities Center, Tel Aviv University. He exhibited in galleries and museums worldwide (f.e.: Be[com]ing Dutch, Van Abbe Museum  and different locations, Eindhoven, 2008; Where Everything Is Yet to Happen. 1st chapter: “Can you speak of this? -Yes, I can”, I Sparort Biennial, Banja Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina, 2009), as many self-organized exhibitions and festivals. Active in social and political change direct action groups for more than ten years (2003-2007 co-founder and participant of Anarchists Against The Wall, group focused towards resistance against Israel’s separation barrier, 2002-2006 co-Founder and participant of annual Israeli Activism Festival, 1995-2006 board member and participant of  Green Action eco-social organization, 2000 co-founder and member of Israeli Independent Media Center (Indymedia).
